What is your return policy for home decor and stationery?
We accept returns on unused, non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom stationery and monogrammed products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Can I make changes to a personalized order after it has been placed?
Because our personalization process begins shortly after an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes once the order is in production. Please double-check all spelling and details before finalizing your purchase.
